THE SITE:

Is it free of overhead wiring?
Are all the underground wires, sprinkling systems and telephone wires flagged?
The space where the tent will be placed cannot have any large tree limbs over it.

TYPE OF TENT:

Will it be a frame tent or a tent with center poles and ropes on the outside to secure it?

TENT SIZE:

Size is determined by the number of people attending the wedding.

Size and shape of tables and number of tables required.
