The TablePlanner Setup can be downloaded below from the license that you select. Depending on the type of license, you may also receive the appropriate license key. Run the Setup by double-clicking the file downloaded. Setup asks you to enter your name and the target directory, the rest of the installation runs automatically. TablePlanner does not need a database, and is therefore easy to install and doesn’t require any technical knowledge. With the exception of the entry in your computer’s registry, no other entries or changes are made to your computer. Once installed, TablePlanner is ready for use.
TablePlanner can be installed on a network. The product is only intended for single-user operation. If several people are using TablePlanner simultaneously, decide who is to work on which event. Too many cooks on the same event can cause data to be lost.
Names, addresses and contact details of your guests are saved. Guests can be given various labels, or titles, representing their role in the event and their relationship to the host. These labels/titles are used in the organization of the seating arrangements to graphically highlight the individual guests.
At a single glance, the user can see:
seating sequence man/woman
seating sequence employee/customer
children’s table
special people, such as bride/groom, main guest, winner, etc.
Your guests can be seated at up to 50 tables. You can choose the shape of each table and the number of guests to be seated at each table.
